Job Summary
Quality & Compliance

- Supervise team members to ensure client service requirements are met.
- Coordinate workflow and monitor daily operations to meet turnaround times.
- Conduct semiannual performance reviews and participate in succession planning.
- Interview applicants and maintain accurate training records.
- Coach train and develop team members to support personal growth and operational success.
- Address performance issues and foster team motivation and morale.
- Monitor and approve employee time entries.
Client & Communication
- Demonstrate strong client service skills and effective communication with client staff.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration across all levels.
- Represent and promote the company vision in all interactions.
Professional Development
- Attend leadership training based on identified development needs.
- Expand self-awareness and continuously develop leadership capabilities.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Biology or related scientific field with 4-5 years of industry experience or a Masters Degree with 1-2 years of industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong time management communication and organization
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
What to Expect in the Hiring Process:
- 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
- 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leaders
- 30 Minute Virtual Meeting with Site Director
Additional Details:
This is a full-time onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday) with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Rensselaer New York are strongly encouraged to apply.
