Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Biology or related scientific field with 4-5 years of industry experience or a Masters Degree with 1-2 years of industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong time management communication and organization
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
