The Human Resource Service Delivery Representative aids with and facilitates the human resource processes for all employees. This role is the first point of contact for all employees and provides Level 1 (Tier 1) support for all Human Resources Service Areas including Recruiting Benefits Payroll Compensation Employee Records Leave of Absence Learning and Development.
In this role you will:
- Provides Level 1 (Tier 1) support to HR Business Partners Managers and Team Members regarding questions related to various HR data.
- Performs a variety of general administrative duties related to HR compliance.
- Answers general questions from Team Members via phone chat email etc.
- Works with HR Business Partners Managers and appropriate Center of Excellents regarding any follow-up/reporting needed for various company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Nights and weekends
- Minimum one year in (type of work) required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
Additional Information :
- Ability to utilize and transact in HR systems portals knowledgebase and case management and follow standard procedures in resolving issues knowing when to refer to higher tiers when appropriate.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines cycle times and service level agreements
- Ability to understand and follow HR Policies and procedures
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
