Project Planning & Coordination:
Develop and execute the overall project plan including timelines resource allocation and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project success.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies with functional leads to manage the risks.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage the project budget with the functional leads ensuring all costs stay within budget
Track procurement processes and ensure all equipment machinery and services are acquired on schedule.

Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure all local and company regulations are met.
Address and resolve any challenges related to global trade compliance ethics and safety standards.
Communication & Reporting:
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status challenges and risk escalation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project.
Key Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Project Management or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years of experience in managing large-scale projects.
Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience with project financial documents and management
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and operations plant layout optimization and industrial processes.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Driven and independent learner
Knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
