Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Facilities Management Services team. The team supports corporate council buildings by providing administrative support across the organisation including finance and invoicing transactions post room duties building management support such as meeting room co-ordination and reception facilities and other administrative support.

  • You will have good experience of working in an administrative and general financial environment and a flexible approach to work.
  • The role requires someone with experience of working on a busy reception or in a customer facing role delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • You will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and in response to a busy and changing environment.
  • Good planning organisational and prioritisation skills are therefore essential to this busy and exciting role.

This role is part-time working 7.5 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays andis based across our offices in Scunthorpe and Brigg.
