Project Manager Commercial & Workplace Fit-Out
Location: Sydney NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: $165000 Superannuation
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and deliver high-end commercial and workplace fit-out projects Join a successful mid-sized Design & Construct firm in Sydney and take your career to the next level.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing full project lifecycles from planning to execution and delivery.
Developing and overseeing project schedules budgets and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Leading and coordinating project teams including subcontractors consultants and internal stakeholders.
Identifying and managing project risks implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients suppliers and stakeholders.
Ensuring all projects meet quality safety and environmental standards.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Project Management or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Design & Construct sector.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies contract administration and procurement.
Familiarity with construction contracts and industry regulations.
Proficiency in project management software.
