Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a newly created opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager within ourIndustrial Valve & AutomationBusiness specificallyaround growing our automation business. This is a sales leadership role that will evolvebuild and maintain ateam in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible with working withvalve & automation vendors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base including key accounts always ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Knowledge of our competitors in each market.
  • Joint Calls in each Area with Outside Sales Reps.
  • Product training for OSRs and Sales Support.
  • Relationships with Territory Sales Managers and Sale Team Managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required or equivalent job-related experience
  • PriorIndustrial Valve automationindustry experience is required
  • Experience in managingIndustrial Valve Automationvendor relations is strongly preferred
  • Leadership and cross functional teams of people with a track record of delivering superior results
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining customer/client/vendor relationships
  • Comfortable with travel for sales team trainings customer visits etc.

Pay Range:

$7949.70 - $17325.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
