Job responsibilities:
- Review WFO exceptions and reporting
- Conduct time audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Onboard and offboard personnel efficiently
- Provide feedback to leadership on process improvements and opportunities
- Work on adhoc and assigned projects as needed
- Demonstrate personal excellence including punctuality integrity and accountability
- Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as required
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in interactions with staff
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of customer interaction or support experience (phone or face-to-face)
- Experience in Recovery Card Collections
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including experience with formulas pivot tables and data analysis
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present information to leadership
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply advancing AI skills and technologies in a business environment
- Previous negotiation skills
- Strong customer support background
- Ability to maintain focus in working in a call center environment

- Work schedule: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday & Friday 8am-5pm
