Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation monitoring and continual improvement of the divisions QMS and IMS
- Ensure effective quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes across all services and operations
- Manage audits nonconformance close-outs and lessons learned documentation
- Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance process quality
- Direct document control functions ensuring compliance access management and document security
- Collect analyze and report quality performance data and KPIs to support operational excellence
- Provide quality oversight on technical procurement including review of SoWs RFPs and vendor capability assessments
- Develop and manage the divisions annual quality budget ensuring fiscal responsibility and ROI for quality initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams service providers and consultants to ensure compliance and alignment with quality objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of quality management experience
- Proven experience in QMS/IMS implementation audits data-driven performance analysis and process improvement
