Your Responsibilities

End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the entire bidding lifecycle from initial RFQ receipt to final contract award ensuring every proposal is technically compliant and commercially viable.

Strategic Partnership: Act as a dedicated account manager and primary technical point of contact fostering friendly culturally respectful relationships rather than distant transactions.

Personalized Accountability: Treat customer challenges as your own and go the extra mile to ensure clients feel valued and understood.

Order Management: Take full ownership of orders from initiation to project completion ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.

Vendor Registration: Manage the process of becoming a registered vendor for new customers to expand our inquiry pipeline and market reach.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)

Technical Foundation: You hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred) or Business Administration.

Industry Experience: You have 35 years of progressive experience in tendering procurement estimation or sales within the industrial or energy sectors.

Personal Integrity: You are honest to a fault ethical and take full responsibility for your actions and results.

Detail-Oriented & Driven: You possess a hands-on mentality are comfortable with mathematics and have a desire to optimize workflows.

Communicator: You are fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or German is a significant advantage for bridging our global offices and markets.
