As a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular conditions. Your main role will be to assist the cardiologist in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterization angioplasty and stent placement. You will also be responsible for monitoring patients vital signs administering medications and providing patient education and support. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in critical care nursing with experience in the Cath Lab or a similar setting. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. A current Registered Nurse license and BLS/ACLS certification are required and previous experience with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures is preferred.
