Your Role and Daily Tasks:

You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers helping them get the most out of their subscription.

Multichannel Support: You will assist customers via phone chat and email.
Subscription and Technical Support: Answering questions regarding account management billing app usage streaming quality and compatibility across various devices.
Customer Retention: Through excellent service you ensure users have a positive experience and remain loyal to the service.
Knowledge Management: Accurately logging customer interactions in our systems to contribute to service improvement.

Full-time Remote: Work 100% from home within Turkey.
Shift System with Stability: You work 5 days per week (40 hours). The work plan is based on a rotating Winter and Summer schedule covering service hours from 09:00 AM to 01:00 AM.
Shift Allowances: Attractive bonuses and allowances for late-night shifts (after 10:00 PM) and weekend work.
Rest Periods: You receive a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute coffee breaks per shift.

Requirements for Your Profile:

Language Skills: Fluent (C1/C2) German skills in written and verbal communication are strictly mandatory.

Attitude: High self-motivation reliability and the willingness to cover later evening hours or weekends as part of the rotational schedule.
