This position requires you to work on-site at our contemporary office in Sofia. Your Daily Duties
- Engage with German-speaking clients across phone email and chat platforms to resolve travel-related matters (including processing new bookings modifications cancellations and general questions).
- Supply accurate resolutions and information aiming to ensure every single customer interaction is a positive one.
- Manage requests promptly keeping within the agreed-upon service-level standards (SLAs).
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in other internal departments to achieve quick and successful issue resolution.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all company products services and operational processes.
- Keep meticulous records of all client conversations within the designated internal systems.
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights and actively supporting your peers.
Key Candidate Requirements
- German Fluency (C1 or Native): Mandatory for all customer interactions both verbal and written.
- English Proficiency (Minimum B2): Required for internal communications and training sessions.
- Proven excellent communication and decisive problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-first attitude demonstrated through an empathetic and polished approach.
- The capability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in customer service is helpful but not requiredcomprehensive full training will be provided.
- A naturally proactive disposition and a strong commitment to accuracy.
