Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals preferences and budget.
Research destinations resorts cruises tours and experiences that match client needs.
Build custom itineraries that maximize value comfort and enjoyment.
Manage bookings confirmations payments and schedule changes through approved systems.
Maintain accurate client records and follow established workflows.
Provide timely updates reminders and support before during and after travel.
Stay current on supplier trainings promotions and destination updates.
Deliver a high-touch concierge-level service that elevates the client experience.
Participate in team trainings coaching sessions and optional professional development.

Requirements
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Basic computer proficiency: email spreadsheets online portals and social platforms.
Comfortable learning new software and booking systems.
