Job Summary
Contract Administrator Commercial Fit-Out
Location: Sydney NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

What Youll Be Doing
Managing project programming scheduling and trade letting for fit-out projects.
Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor agreements and work orders.
Overseeing cost control invoicing and financial tracking.
Using Procore to track project documentation and progress.
Ensuring quality assurance defect resolution and project close-out.
Collaborating with internal teams consultants and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
What Youll Need
Minimum 3 years experience in commercial fit-out (D&C environment preferred).
Proficiency in Procore for project tracking and management.
Experience with cost control invoicing and financial reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively and support project teams.
