Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks a Sr. Systems Analyst to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Qualifications:

Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
Qualified experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBMs System Architect
Active DoD IAT Level III certification

Duties:

Analyze design and evaluate system solutions to support enterprise-level Navy and DoD programs.
Gather document and validate system and user requirements to support new capabilities or enhancements.
Develop functional and technical specifications to guide system design configuration and integration activities.
Perform system modeling simulation and performance analysis to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
Support systems integration and testing including validation of interoperability performance and security controls.
Monitor and analyze system performance identifying inefficiencies risks and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain system documentation process workflows and data flow diagrams.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure system compliance with DoD and Navy cybersecurity standards.
Coordinate with system administrators developers and engineers to resolve system issues and implement changes.
Provide analytical support for lifecycle management including modernization upgrades and decommissioning activities.
Support requirements traceability configuration management and change control processes.
Develop reports presentations and recommendations for leadership based on data-driven analysis.
