Position Summary / What Youll Do
The Training and Development Specialist supports RETTEWs people strategy by coordinating facilitating and evaluating internal learning programs that build leadership capability strengthen communication and promote engagement. This position helps design and execute professional development initiatives and ensures training experiences align with RETTEWs core values and business goals.
Responsibilities / Day-to-Day
- Coordinate and facilitate companywide training sessions focused on leadership communication and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the Training and Development Manager to design professional development programs and learning materials.
- Manage the logistics and communication of learning events including scheduling enrollment and follow-up activities.
- Track and maintain training records participation data and evaluation metrics.
- Partner with Human Resources Marketing & Communications and other departments to promote and communicate learning opportunities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support onboarding and orientation efforts to ensure a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Education or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience developing or coordinating professional and leadership development programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication organization and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-learning tools or virtual platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar credential.
