What Youll Do:
As a Salon Assistant/Client Care Specialist youll play a key role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly and our clients leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
- Assisting stylists with daily tasks including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Managing appointment scheduling and providing excellent customer service via text and email and in person.
- Supporting inventory management by organizing and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensuring the salon maintains its professional and inviting atmosphere at all times.
What Were Looking For:
To succeed in this role youll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a salon or customer service environment.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
