Were looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist to support our Cataract and Refractive Surgical Device portfolio across this field-based role youll be the trusted expert guiding surgeons and OR staff in the safe and effective use of Alcons cutting-edge technologies.
What Youll Do
- Deliver technical and clinical training to surgeons and OR teams on Alcons surgical devices
- Provide on-site and remote support ensuring optimal outcomes and compliance with approved usage
- Implement equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites
- Document site visits and training activities using our CRM system within 48 hours
- Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Sales teams to coordinate installations and ongoing support
- Participate in congresses wet-labs and medical events to represent Alcon and support clinical education
- Report adverse events and device issues in line with medical safety protocols
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree (Life Sciences Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical support or medical device sales
- Experience in ophthalmology or surgical equipment is a strong plus
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper Intermediate or higher)
- Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70% of the time) across Ukraine
- Based in or near Kyiv Kharkiv Dnipro or Odesa
