Key Accountabilities
- Requesting references relevant to each application (from lenders accountants solicitors etc)
- Logging new Enquiries and the updating of the various spreadsheets needed in the Residential Dept
- Compiling updates to send to brokers and clients throughout application and offer stages but also chasing relevant parties for updates.
- Following up cases with lenders clients & Brokers
- Ensuring the CRM system is regularly updated with the correct details and the cases are up to date.
- Answering inbound calls
- Inputting enquiries onto CRM system for advisers
- Checking documentation on cases to ensure correct and in line with what has been requested
- Instructing and managing the valuation process for certain lenders
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to manage own diary and meet strict deadlines.
- Pass internal competency tests post induction
- Good communication skills essential for dealing with brokers borrowers and lenders especially on the telephone
- Proactive
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Previous experience within administration roles is essential and experience in the financial services industry specifically property finance is preferred but not essential.
