Responsibilities
Process invoices purchase orders and expense claims
Reconcile accounts track budgets and maintain financial records
Support with payroll administration and audit preparation
Liaise with suppliers staff and external agencies regarding payments
Assist the School Business Manager with financial planning and reporting
Requirements
Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (school experience desirable)
Excellent numerical and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with financial software and Excel
AAT qualification or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
Salary: Paid to scale reflective of experience and qualifications
