We are hiring for our client a well-established professional services firm based in Belfast City Centre who are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager due to continued growth. This is a hands-on commercially focused Finance Manager role offering hybrid working and genuine scope to influence financial decision-making across the business.
The successful Finance Manager will take ownership of day-to-day financial operations while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. The Role
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the full finance function combining technical delivery with commercial insight:
Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
Budgeting forecasting and cashflow management
Providing commercial analysis and financial insight to senior management
Overseeing day-to-day financial operations and controls
Managing year-end accounts and liaising with external auditors
Improving processes reporting and financial systems
Supporting business planning and strategic initiatives
The Person
To succeed in this Finance Manager position you are likely to have:
Qualified accountant status (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Experience working in a professional services or similar environment
Strong hands-on finance experience with commercial exposure
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A proactive solutions-focused mindset
