Remote (UK) - Ideal Location West Midlands

We are looking for a Client Success Manager whos passionate about helping people and businesses thrive.

What Youll Do
As our next Client Success Manager youll:
- Lead the onboarding and success journey for a diverse client base across the health fitness and wellness industry.
- Build strong genuine relationships becoming your clients go-to partner and biggest cheerleader.
- Turn insights and data into meaningful recommendations that help clients grow.
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities before they ask.
- Partner with product sales and support to represent client feedback and shape future improvements.
- Measure success using key metrics (usage onboarding time to value NPS renewals).
- Celebrate client wins because success deserves recognition.
What Youll Bring
- A natural passion for customer success and creating great experiences.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Confidence using CRM/CSM tools (e.g. Salesforce Asana).
- A love for data storytelling turning insights into action.
- Curiosity empathy and attention to detail.
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based environment (bonus points!).
