Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Superintendent to oversee our Safety Health Environment and Quality compliance across the mine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and monitor SHEQ management systems and policies.
- Conduct regular safety health environmental and quality inspections and audits.
- Lead risk assessments and hazard identification to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Investigate incidents accidents and near-misses implementing corrective actions.
- Train mentor and guide mine staff on SHEQ best practices and compliance standards.
- Ensure compliance with Zimbabwean mining regulations environmental laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate SHEQ reports and documentation for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety environmental and quality performance.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Zimbabwe mining laws safety environmental and quality standards.
- Proven experience in risk management incident investigation and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent leadership communication and training skills.
- Ability to work in challenging underground and surface mining environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Safety Management Environmental Management Mining Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 10 years experience in mining SHEQ roles preferably in gold mining.
