Job Summary

Were now looking for a Head of Pre-Sales for our Talent Domain to lead a team of consultants across Europe and take our go-to-market strategy for Recruitment Performance Engagement and Trainings to the next level.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales Product and Revenue Strategy driving how our Talent products are positioned demoed and sold across all markets.

Youll lead a team of passionate Pre-Sales Consultants in Spain Portugal Italy France and DACH while also personally joining strategic and XL demos to model world-class discovery storytelling and value articulation.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Pre-Sales team across five markets fostering expertise consistency and collaboration around the Talent domain.
  • Join and co-lead key XL demos and strategic deals setting the bar for demo excellence and ensuring clients experience the full impact of Factorials Talent suite.
  • Own the Talent revenue performance tracking attach rate ARPU win rate and pipeline quality across countries and identifying actions to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Product Marketing influencing roadmap and go-to-market priorities through customer insights and field feedback.
  • Elevate the sales narrative ensuring our product story connects business challenges (engagement retention development) to measurable outcomes.
  • Drive enablement at scale through Product League certifications demo frameworks and sales training initiatives that raise product fluency across SDRs and AEs.
  • Act as the business owner of the Talent category aligning pipeline allocation discounting policies and sales incentives to strategic growth priorities.
  • Partner with regional leadership (Sales CX Product and Marketing) to ensure cross-functional alignment and a strong Talent attach rate across bundles.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience (5 years) in Pre-Sales Solution Consulting or Product-Led Sales Leadership in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong background or passion for HR Tech Talent Management or People Analytics.
  • Track record leading distributed or multicultural teams.
  • Confident and engaging presenter with experience leading enterprise or XL product demos.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication storytelling and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
