Key responsibilities
Schedule and calendar management: Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and manage the executives calendar.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Travel and logistics: Make travel arrangements and book accommodations for the executive.
Document and data preparation: Prepare and organize documents reports presentations and correspondence.
Office management: Handle day-to-day office functions such as managing files and records.
Event coordination: Help organize company events and conferences.
Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the executive and other employees or external stakeholders.
