We are scaling rapidly across Europe and were looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive our enterprise growth in the Southern European region build a high-energy team and deliver outstanding results.

Location: France Remote
Languages: Fluent in English and French. Italian or Spanish are highly desirable.

Your Mission

As the Director of Enterprise Sales (EMEA South) you will be responsible for:

  • Formulating and executing a comprehensive regional enterprise sales strategy for South Europe aligned to Boomis global direction.

  • Leading planning and managing all sales activities within your territory acquiring new customers growing existing enterprise accounts and ensuring world-class customer satisfaction.

  • Managing and coaching a team of enterprise sales professionals acting as both leader and hands-on coach: youll be deeply involved in account planning strategy development and joining key sales calls.

  • Working closely with our partner network (including global systems integrators (GSIs) and system integrators (SIs)) to drive go-to-market momentum.

  • Creating a high-energy cultural environment in your team inspiring motivating and driving pipeline generation and positioning of the full Boomi suite of products solutions and services.

  • Engaging directly with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor: deeply understanding their business challenges and designing compelling solution-led value propositions based on the Boomi platform.

  • Effectively using Boomis sales methodology (such as MEDDPICC) and sales processes.

  • Collaborating closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales Solution Engineering Customer Success Technology Marketing Industry Specialists) to build strong value cases and drive business.

  • Consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.

What You Bring

  • A successful track record inDirect Enterprise Sales ideally selling SaaS enterprise software with solution-selling experience across the enterprise stack.

  • Strong experience leading direct sales teams with coaching and team-building capability.

  • Comfortable selling technical platform solutions able to align technical architecture to business initiatives.

  • Proven ability to partner with GSIs/SIs and manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles (Architects CTOs VP Ecommerce Professional Services).

  • Excellent forecasting pipeline management and operational execution skills with the use of tools such as Salesforce Clari and a strong grasp of MEDDPICC or equivalent methodology.

  • Demonstrated consistency in meeting or exceeding enterprise revenue targets.

  • Fluency in English and French: Italian or Spanish is a strong plus.

  • Based in France and capable of frequent travel across the region.

  • Competencies we value: data-driven mindset adaptability in fast-moving environments inclusive leadership and strong accountability for results.

Desirable

  • Bachelors or Masters degree.

  • Domain experience in integration iPaaS automation AI or data management.

  • Experience working in high-growth scale-up or disruptive tech environments.
