The Opportunity:

To support our Global Market Innovation team we are looking for you for a position as working student in Innovation Management (f/m/d) for a duration of 6 months. We are an agile team based in the Technology organization. We shape transition towards sustainable energy systems through agile networks with internal and external stakeholders to support Hitachi Energys leading position and to advise with mid- and long-term perspective. We facilitate collaboration across business units and countries on innovation in energy transformation. Further we represent the company in international and national associations.

How youll make an impact:

  • You would support the organization of our monthly global Market Innovation community meetings
  • In our design-led innovation projects you would prepare and participate in design-led workshops and other activities together with the team
  • You would support the chair of the Power Engineering Society (ETG) in VDE in management topics
  • you will work closely together with our Vice President Active Distribution Grids in an intercultural team

Your Background:

  • Studies (Master or Bachelor) in Business Administration Environmental Engineering Industrial Engineering or energy related studies
  • Basic understanding of energy related topics
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Proficient in English and German confident in both written and spoken communication
