About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping intuitive engaging and customer-centric digital experiences. This individual will not only craft high-quality designs but also lead customer research initiatives and establish a scalable design system to ensure consistency across our digital ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with product managers developers and marketing teams to deliver experiences that delight customers and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct end-to-end customer research projects including user interviews usability testing surveys and field studies.
- Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that directly inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs across responsive web and mobile platforms.
- Establish maintain and evolve a design system ensuring consistency accessibility and scalability across digital products.
- Partner with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented with a high degree of fidelity.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle ensuring their voice is integrated into every stage.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product work.
- Proven experience designing for web and mobile applications ideally in an eCommerce SaaS or consumer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan lead and analyze customer research projects.
- Strong skills in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Proficiency with prototyping and testing tools (e.g. InVision Maze ).
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating in agile product development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading workshops and design sprints.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics Clarity etc.) to complement qualitative insights.
- Background in psychology human-computer interaction (HCI) or related fields.
