Job Summary
Store Manager Independent Dealership (Dealer Group Affiliation)
Were looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our independent locations within our dealer group. This is an entry-level management position perfect for someone with strong customer service experience whos ready to take the next step into leadership.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and customer experience
Lead train and motivate a small sales team
Help manage inventory sales goals and store organization
Work closely with ownership and group leadership to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism
Qualifications:
Customer service experience is a must
Dealership experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude reliability and willingness to learn
