Role & Autonomy: Practice full-scope CRNA care in a collaborative physician-supported model. Independently manage pre-op assessments induction maintenance emergence and post-op recovery across diverse cases. Respond to emergent airways place regional blocks and lead resuscitation efforts in a high-volume environment. Document thoroughly drive quality improvement projects and mentor peers in a culture that rewards initiative and clinical mastery.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program (new grads encouraged)
• NBCRNA certification Ohio licensure (or eligible)
