Key Responsibilities

Recruit & Onboard:Source interview and onboard qualified non-medical caregivers.

Schedule Management:Match caregivers with clients based on skills and availability; manage caregiver and CNA schedules including required bi-annual quality assurance and onsite visits.

Client Coordination:Conduct in-home assessments and review service agreements with new clients.

Client Relations:Regularly check in with current clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Office & Call Management:Handle incoming calls and place outbound calls to current and potential new clients.

Team Leadership: Provide consistent regular support to Caregivers and CNAs through weekly meetings. Offer thoughtful solutions based on team feedback and foster a positive and meaningful work environment by:

o Recognizing and rewarding excellent performance

o Supporting skill development and ongoing training

o Promoting professional accountability and team engagement

Care Coverage: Step in to provide care when needed.

Community Engagement:Participate in occasional local marketing and outreach events.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of recruiting scheduling and administrative experience(preferably in healthcare or home care)
  • 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • CNA certification required
  • ValidDrivers LicenseAuto Insurance andVehicle Registration
  • Background check TB test and drug test required
