Job Summary: Position is responsible for supporting end users both onsite and remotely by deploying new equipment and software and performing preventative maintenance on existing equipment. The person should have in-depth technical knowledge of IT end user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to think strategically manage time effectively prioritize work according to severity.
Provide onsite/remote problem resolution for IT related hardware software and applications.
Resolve onsite/remote user-reported IT problems in a timely manner.
Install and maintain servers desktops and storage devices.
Provide ordering and coordination support for necessary onsite hardware and service requirements.
Provides training troubleshooting and support to network and communication system users.
Assist in configuration of desktops laptops and peripherals.
Coordinate IT related issues concerning infrastructure applications and business critical systems to appropriate resolution team.
Assist with automation projects from design and development through on-site installation and implementation.
Assist in the troubleshooting of PLC and robotic issues.
Develop data acquisition and visualization systems via SAP and Power Bi.
Installation and troubleshooting of AV equipment.
Required Qualifications:
Computer Science degree is highly desired.
Those who meet all other requirements with demonstrated experience in the field will be considered.
Physical Requirements:
Routinely lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.
Routinely reach with hands and arms to handle or feel.
Frequently required to stand and walk.
Occasionally required to sit stoop kneel or crouch.
