Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Senior Developer SFDC
The Principal Consultant Senior Salesforce Developer serves as the technical backbone and thought leader within the Salesforce practice. This role requires mastery of Salesforce development deep understanding of the platforms multi-cloud capabilities and the ability to lead complex solution design and implementation across multiple stakeholders and business units.
Youll act as a trusted technical advisor to clients provide hands-on development leadership and ensure high-quality scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and business strategy.

Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Technical Architecture
Lead end-to-end solution design for large and complex Salesforce programs involving multiple clouds (Sales Service Experience Marketing CPQ Platform).
Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical design documents and scalable architectural blueprints.
Design solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices ensuring maintainability security and high performance.
Evaluate and propose integration strategies data models and API designs that support enterprise interoperability.
Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects to align Salesforce solutions with overall IT landscape and roadmap.

2. Advanced Development & Implementation
Develop test and deploy Apex classes triggers LWC (Lightning Web Components) Aura Components and batch/queueable jobs.
Design complex automation solutions using Flows Process Builders and platform events.
Implement and manage API integrations data exchanges and middleware connections (MuleSoft Boomi Informatica etc.).
Handle large-scale data operations and optimize for LDV (Large Data Volume) scenarios.
Ensure the delivery of high-performing reusable and modular code adhering to security and compliance standards.

3. Technical Leadership & Mentorship
Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers and lead consultants across multiple project streams.
Conduct regular code reviews design audits and enforce development best practices.
Create and maintain a library of reusable components accelerators and frameworks.
Guide teams on performance optimization automation and CI/CD pipelines (Copado AutoRABIT Jenkins).
Contribute to internal capability building certification programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.

4. Client Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor for clients providing guidance on platform capabilities roadmap and innovation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and functional consultants to validate requirements and propose solutions.
Present complex technical concepts in business-friendly language to executive stakeholders.
Contribute to pre-sales solution estimation and technical proposal development.
Drive client satisfaction by ensuring that delivered solutions meet or exceed expectations in quality performance and business value.

5. Quality Governance & Delivery Excellence
Define and enforce governance frameworks coding standards and architecture patterns across projects.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies data protection standards and Salesforce platform guardrails.
Support DevOps and release management ensuring efficient reliable deployment pipelines.
Participate in project planning sprint reviews retrospectives and ensure alignment between functional and technical streams.
Lead technical risk identification mitigation and ensure proactive resolution of critical issues.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of Salesforce platform releases AI enhancements and emerging technologies.
Explore integration of Agentic AI Einstein GPT automation and predictive analytics into client solutions.
Champion innovation initiatives proof-of-concepts (POCs) and optimization efforts across Salesforce environments.
Continuously improve processes reduce technical debt and enhance reusability and automation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Systems.
Experience
Proven track record leading development teams and delivering multi-cloud Salesforce implementations for global enterprises.
Deep understanding of:
oApex LWC Visualforce SOQL/SOSL
oSalesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and asynchronous processes
oSalesforce security model Shield Encryption and data governance
oIntegration and middleware architectures (MuleSoft Boomi Kafka etc.)
oDevOps and CI/CD pipelines with Copado Git or Jenkins
Experience designing solutions under high data volume and performance-sensitive environments.
Strong grasp of Agile Scrum and DevOps practices.

Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (highly desirable)
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (advantageous)
Cloud-specific certifications (Sales Service Experience Cloud) are a plus
TOGAF PMP or SAFe certifications (nice to have)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience with Marketing applications (e.g. Marketo)
Experience in CTI integration (e.g. InContact)
Relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer in Sales and Service Cloud
Experience working on development of Sales Cloud instances for mid-market or enterprise size companies.
Using declarative (Process builder Flow and Workflow) versus programmatic methods and extending the Lightning Platform using Apex and Lightning web components.
Demonstrable experience designing and personally building Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences.
Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST & SOAP API JSON & XML etc.)
Experience using Apex Data loader.
Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices coding design guidelines and governor limits
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and Salesforce Admin certification
Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
