Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function
- Set up assigned tables
- Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications and group requirements courteously and efficiently.
- Restock buffet items as per specifications.
- Take beverage orders and collect payments where specified.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment while actively practicing our Service Standards.
Qualifications:
- Commensurate or transfer skill set is of primary importance
- Good attitude and work ethic practices to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
- Employee must be able to pass Alcohol Awareness Program within four weeks of hire.
