The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring all employee related administrative processes are managed efficiently and in compliance with Egyptian labour law. This role supports the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding while maintaining accurate personnel records and supporting payroll and government relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employees personnel files and ensure compliance with Egyptian labour law.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts renewals and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate attendance vacation and leave records.
- Support monthly payroll process by preparing necessary personnel data.
- Coordinate with government offices for social insurance and labour-related matters.
Qualifications :
13 years of experience in personnel or HR administration.
Solid knowledge of Egyptian labour law and social insurance procedures.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
