The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to join its growing and well-established cardiology team in Shelton CT.
This full-time permanent position offers an opportunity to provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiac care within a collegial multidisciplinary setting. The incoming physician will work alongside a highly skilled group of cardiologists electrophysiologists and advanced practice providers committed to delivering comprehensive evidence-based cardiac care.

Provide comprehensive evaluation diagnosis and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Interpret and oversee diagnostic testing including ECGs stress tests echocardiograms and cardiac imaging.
Participate in inpatient consultations rounds and outpatient clinic visits.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiac care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
Educate patients and families about cardiovascular disease prevention treatment options and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Engage in departmental meetings continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Experience: Prior clinical cardiology experience preferred; newly trained fellows are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent clinical judgment communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
