Pediatric Cardiologist

Mayo Clinic Childrens is seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist to join our practice in Rochester Minnesota.

The Pediatric Cardiologist would join the Division of Pediatric Cardiology within the Department of Pediatrics. The role would include responsibilities for inpatient and outpatient general pediatric cardiology care and inpatient and outpatient echocardiography (including fetal and TEE). The candidate would participate in the general pediatric cardiology hospital service call pool but would only be asked to perform 4-5 weeks per year of service and call depending on FTE.

The pediatric cardiology team at Mayo Clinic has established a robust very successful outreach practice which is split amongst all members of our division. The successful candidate would be asked to participate in the outreach practice (either in person or via telehealth) along with their colleagues. There are many opportunities to be involved in other areas of specialty care and we are happy to explore these with any potential candidate and match their interests.

Candidates must be board certified / board eligible in Pediatric Cardiology with the American Board of Pediatrics and be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Minnesota. This individual should also have a strong interest in education and clinical research.
