Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking licensed Physical Occupational and Speech Therapists to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on improving residents physical function mobility and communication abilities through individualized therapy plans.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement patient-centered therapy plans
Maintain accurate documentation and manage therapy equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and participate in care conferences
Support resident safety rehabilitation progress and wellness initiatives

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey license in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy
Previous long-term care rehabilitation experience preferred
