HVAC Service Account Manager

Marketing and sales efforts involve promoting company services and developing new business through strategic outreach and client engagement while customer development and retention focus on building strong relationships meeting client needs and fostering long-term loyalty. Estimating and budgeting require preparing accurate cost projections based on labor materials and project scope and written proposals are developed to clearly communicate scope pricing and timelines in a professional and persuasive manner. Planning and scheduling involve creating detailed timelines to guide team activities and ensure project deadlines are met while cost control entails monitoring expenses and making adjustments to stay within budget. Ensuring quality and performance means upholding standards and verifying that work meets or exceeds expectations and timely invoicing and cash flow management ensure prompt payment. Warranty administration includes managing post-project issues and resolving claims effectively. Additionally it is essential to review and understand contractual scope and project documents enforce safety and quality standards participate in project planning and execution to maximize SQPCE performance and act as a company ambassador by promoting consistent high-quality project implementation. This also includes practicing and promoting all company values operational procedures best practices and safety absolutes and culture.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with at least three years of experience in HVAC or services-related sales and five years of HVAC or plumbing experience or vocational training. They must possess basic PC skills in Windows environments including working knowledge of word processing spreadsheets email web-enabled applications and database software. Preferred qualifications include HVAC service experience a bachelors degree and experience in HVAC sales and presentations. The candidate should be self-motivated team-oriented and capable of working independently highly adaptable to changing customer demands and driven to provide excellent customer service with a genuine passion for the company and industry. Strong time management skills are essential including the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple deadlines and balance urgent versus important work. A commitment to accuracy quality and achieving challenging goals is critical along with good mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and understand technical drawings across mechanical electrical plumbing architectural civil and structural disciplines. The candidate should have strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities a willingness to take on additional responsibilities with minimal guidance and an exceptional work ethic that upholds company values and standards. Finally they should present a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
