What Youll Own
Drive Customer-Centric Strategy
Develop and implement a unified global strategy focused on customer acquisition engagement success and retention.
Align processes across regions for consistency while adapting to local customer needs.
Scale Digital Excellence
Partner with the Digital Center of Excellence to drive global innovation scalability and best practices.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
Deploy predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to anticipate customer needs proactively address pain points before they lead to churn and deliver anticipatory service that delights customers.
Champion Digital Transformation
Lead the adoption of advanced digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience.
Oversee global patient-facing digital initiatives including e-commerce platforms apps and content strategies.
Optimize Customer Journeys
Design seamless personalized experiences that drive satisfaction loyalty and retention.
Manage value-added services and product portfolios to strengthen customer engagement.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales product management operations and regional teams to align strategies with business goals and customer needs.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to support a unified approach to customer success.
Leverage Data & Insights for Impact
Define and track success metrics and KPIs to measure business impact.

Qualifications:
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Have:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing retention strategy customer experience or related fields with at least 7 years in leadership roles (or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7 years of managerial experience).
Nice-to-Have:
Proven success in reducing churn and driving customer lifetime value (CLV) through data-driven retention strategies and customer advocacy programs.
Deep expertise in marketing automation CRM/CDP platforms and customer success software with hands-on experience implementing MarTech solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience designing and scaling digital customer experiences (mobile apps self-service portals integrated support systems) that rival best-in-class consumer brands.
Track record of leveraging AI/ML/Generative AI to personalize customer experiences derive insights from unstructured data and automate customer engagement at scale.
Experience working in a global matrixed organization collaborating across regions and functions with sensitivity to local market dynamics while maintaining global standards.
Understanding of regulated industries (healthcare medical devices financial services) and the unique challenges of balancing innovation with compliance privacy and security requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation and change management initiatives operationalizing technology in ways that drive organizational behavior change and measurable results.
Experience working with offshore or remote teams and global capability centers.
You thrive in fast-paced ever-changing environments staying laser-focused on results and comfortable with ambiguity as we build a new standalone entity.
