Technical Sales Engineer Oil & Gas and Power Generation (Nigeria)

Join a global leader in filtration solutions driving innovation and excellence across industries. Were looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to strengthen our market presence in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation sectors in Nigeria.

Role Responsibilities:

Promote Donaldson products and services through commercial and technical support to customers and distributors.
Identify qualify and manage sales opportunities from prospecting through closing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users OEMs contractors agents and distributors.
Conduct site visits assess customer equipment and provide first-line technical support.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams engineering pricing logistics and customer service to ensure successful project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within Oil & Gas and Power Generation sectors in Nigeria.
Proven ability to build relationships and manage key accounts independently.
Strong communication negotiation and administrative skills with CRM reporting experience.
Proficiency in English and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Sub-Saharan or West Africa markets and familiarity with turbomachinery or rotating equipment.
Proficiency in French language and prior experience managing resellers or distributors.
