Were looking for a Sales Manager who can make an immediate impact. This role is flexible based on your experience whether youre a strong desk manager a floor leader or someone who excels in process and coaching were open to the right fit.

Youll be part of a dealership thats in growth mode with a clear path forward. We value accountability teamwork and results and were building a team to match.

Key Responsibilities (based on skillset):

Desk deals and support finance workflow
Lead the sales floor and manage the sales process
Drive new car sales initiatives
Coach and hold the team accountable to CRM follow-up and process
Collaborate closely with the existing management team

What Were Looking For:

Automotive sales management experience preferred but we will consider high-performing sales professionals who are ready to step into leadership and have demonstrated accountability initiative and team influence
Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
Experience in one or more of the following: desking floor leadership training or process execution

Bonus if you have:

Hyundai or import experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Finance/F&I exposure
