Provides operational oversight of all medical staff peer review process to ensure accurate identification tracking analysis and reporting of clinical performance and/or unprofessional conduct. This position will collect compile and analyze peer review data in a manner that promotes education improvement and patient safety; and conduct ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of all peer review activities. The Medical Staff Peer Review Specialist will work closely with the Medical Staff Excellence Committee (MSCE) Chair Vice President of Medical Affairs and Medical Staff in order to maintin peer review structure and its integrity.
