Position Title: Provider Integration Specialist
Location: Norwood OH 45212
Shift: Day (7:00 AM 3:00 PM 7:00 AM 5:00 PM 9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Duration: 16 Weeks MondayFriday 40 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $43/hr

Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Provider Integration Specialistfor an exciting job in Norwood OH.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end provider onboarding and transition processes.
Collaborate with medical staff leadership and operations for readiness.
Manage timelines milestones and deliverables.
Drive workflow improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methods.
Build strong relationships across departments to support integration success.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelors degree; 5 years healthcare project/process improvement experience; Lean/Six Sigma proficiency; strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred: Masters degree; 2.5 years direct provider-facing experience.
