- Team Supervision:Oversee team members during shifts providing guidance support and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service Excellence:Ensure each guest is met with Chick-fil-As signature hospitality by delivering outstanding service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Shift Organization:Schedule breaks assign tasks and manage shift transitions smoothly ensuring adequate coverage and operational flow.
- Training and Development:Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills foster teamwork and create a positive work environment.
- Quality Control:Monitor product quality presentation and portion control to maintain consistency and exceed guest expectations.
- Safety and Compliance:Ensure that all health safety and sanitation standards are upheld to create a safe work environment.
- Problem Solving:Quickly and effectively address any issues that arise during the shift from guest complaints to operational challenges.
