Temp to Hire
Pay Rate $20-21 hour
Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented Prepress Specialist to join our printing team! This role is responsible for preparing artwork and files for print production ensuring quality and accuracy from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and set up digital files for printing and direct mail projects
Create or adjust designs based on customer artwork or internal requests
Review files for accuracy functionality and print quality
Maintain and update customer account information and job documentation
Convert and format files as needed for production
Upload and organize artwork logos and images
Review and manage orders across product lines to ensure quality and accuracy
Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve file or order issues
Perform troubleshooting and quality checks before printing
Assist with other prepress or production tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience in prepress graphic design or print production preferred
Knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
Computer Savvy
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving skills
