Job Summary

E-Logic is seeking a Subject-Matter Expert I - Finance Cost Recovery to provide advanced technical guidance on FEMA PA finance policy cost eligibility and audit preparation for DSHSs cost-recovery operations. This role will be remote but at any moment the government can change it to onsite with a 30 days advance written notice.

Responsibilities

Review complex project costs for compliance.
Advise on FEMA documentation and grant-formulation processes.
Support corrective-action planning and training initiatives.
Serve as resource for FEMA PA and TDEM reimbursement standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree.
7 years of FEMA financial-recovery experience.
Deep knowledge of 44 CFR and Stafford Act.
Excellent analytical and mentoring skills.
