Primary Job Title: Human Resources Intern (Remote)
We are seeking motivated HR Interns (freshers) to join a remote Talent & HR operations team. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience across recruitment onboarding HR operations and employee engagement while working with cross-functional teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: source candidates screen resumes and maintain candidate pipelines across job portals.
- Coordinate interview schedules candidate communications and follow-ups with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Assist with new-joiner onboarding: prepare documentation track completions and facilitate virtual orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update HR data in HRIS/ATS; perform accurate data-entry and generate basic HR reports and metrics.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationscreate collateral run pulse surveys and track outcomes.
- Support HR operations tasks such as attendance tracking apprenticeship/intern record maintenance and ad-hoc HR projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Recent graduate or final-year student in any discipline with strong interest in HR/Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and basic reporting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms or willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience or comfort with candidate sourcing and resume screening on job portals and LinkedIn.
- Reliable remote-work setup (stable internet quiet workspace) and ability to work India time zones.
- Professional written English and strong attention to detail for candidate-facing communications.
Preferred
- Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter or experience managing campus hiring drives.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating HR/engagement collateral.
- Prior internship experience in recruitment HR operations or customer-facing roles.
