Job Title: Associate Technical Architect – Java/AWS Developer

About the Role
Tavant Technologies is seeking a talented Associate Technical Architect with strong expertise in Java AWS Microservices and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting designing and implementing scalable and reliable software solutions that meet dynamic business needs. This role requires strong technical acumen leadership skills and a passion for driving innovation in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robust scalable and high-performance applications using Java and AWS services.
Lead architecture discussions and contribute to solution design for enterprise-grade systems.
Collaborate with product management QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers promoting clean coding practices and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Ensure implementation of system security data protection and compliance measures.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and design artifacts.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services – EC2 S3 Lambda RDS API Gateway etc.
Sound understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed system design.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL MongoDB).
Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) tools.
Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Prior experience in technical leadership or architectural design roles.
AWS or Java certifications will be an added advantage.
