Our client a leading player in the property industry is seeking a Property Administrator to join their dynamic team based in Bloemfontein. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both numbers and people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full administrative function relating to lease preparation tenant management arrears control and property administration.
Key Duties:
- Prepare and process lease documentation including credit checks FICA compliance and lease input summaries.
- Load and update tenant information on internal systems.
- Manage tenant statements billing adjustments reconciliations and arrear reports.
- Handle queries from tenants and provide professional timely resolutions.
- Maintain property and unit data including utilities parking schedules and municipal invoices.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly management reports.
- Liaise with internal departments external service providers and legal credit controllers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) and a relevant tertiary diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Property Administrator role.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in property leasing and accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software such as PIMS or MDA.
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and professional approach with a strong sense of initiative.
- Experience in Body Corporate or Sectional Title administration will be advantageous.
